Dear BUM Family,
Here are a few questions for you:
- What gets you through the tough times?
- What gives you strength?
- What do you rely on when you feel defeated?
Are your answers one or more of the following: faith, Jesus, God, church, the word of God, family, friends? One more question – Do you want your child(ren) to answer these questions the same way? We hope your answer is yes.
God has blessed each of us with the gift of being a parent. These blessings are growing and developing into individuals and I think we can all agree that we want our children to have
To help you with this faith journey, BUMC Children’s Ministry has decided to revamp and get ready for new adventures in 2018! The purpose is support families as we come together to teach our children to CONNECT with all of God’s children, GROW in our faith, and to SERVE our neighbors and each other.
We hope that your family will come connect, grow and serve alongside the other families of BUMC building that strong faith foundation with your child(ren)!
Prayers for the upcoming year are greatly appreciated for the planning and follow through with opportunities to CONNECT with all of God’s children, GROW in our faith and and to SERVE our neighbors and each other. God will be the focus in all that is planned and if at any point you or your family feels led to help in any way, please let us know!
Many hands makes light work and together we can be the hands and feet of Jesus.
We are very excited about what 2018 will bring for Children’s Ministry at BUMC and we hope you are too!
